My Process

A Clear Way of Working

Good marketing rarely comes from rushing into content. This is the sequence I follow, whether the project is a website, a campaign or ongoing social media.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Understand the business, audience, goals and current digital presence.

We start with a conversation about what the business actually does, who it serves and what success would look like. I review what already exists online so recommendations are based on your situation, not a template.

  2. 02

    Research

Research the audience, competitors, market and opportunities.

I look at how your audience searches and behaves, what similar businesses are doing well, and where there is room to stand out or simply be clearer than the alternatives.

  3. 03

    Strategy

Develop a practical strategy based on the business goal.

The strategy defines the channels worth committing to, the messages that matter, the content pillars and how a visitor moves from first noticing you to making an enquiry.

  4. 04

    Creation

Create the content, campaigns, website or marketing materials.

This is where the work gets made: content, video, design, campaigns or the website itself — all built against the strategy rather than invented week to week.

  5. 05

    Implementation

Put the strategy and assets into action.

Content is scheduled, campaigns go live, pages are published. I keep the rollout organised so nothing is launched half-finished.

  6. 06

    Measurement

Review performance against the goal that was set.

We look at what the numbers actually say — reach, engagement, traffic, enquiries — and separate signal from noise. Reporting stays honest, including when something underperforms.

  7. 07

    Optimisation

Improve what works and change what does not.

Findings feed back into the plan: stronger hooks, better calls-to-action, clearer pages, refined targeting. Improvement is a cycle rather than a one-off fix.

Let's start with discovery

A short conversation about your business is usually enough to see where the biggest opportunity is.
